I have a Philips 39pfg4109 / 78 TV that has some damaged leds. I tried to use the hot air station by applying the heat under the soldered led on the bar, but I was unsuccessful. I was applying heat to the bottom of the led to try to remove it, but I couldn't

I just need to remove the damaged LED and then solder the new one in the same place, any way I can?

Use a soldering iron and a hairdryer at the same time.
