I've been scavenging in my junk and found an old stuffed battery that casually fits perfectly inside the cell phone and with the same fitting of the battery's positive and negative terminals, it would be a BL-4D GB / T18287-2000 code battery. In the end I was doing some research on this cell phone that a client gave me and I found out that it is a cell phone from Paraguay for those who do not have enough internal memory to install any more important application unless an SD memory card of 8 or more GB is installed for if you can install important applications. In short ... it's rubbish and it's not worth wasting time on this crap.
