If the 19v power supply is working properly, then most likely it goes into protection due to a short on the board. See SoC power supply.
If all supply voltages are normal and the nuvoton chip, then the main SoC chip is faulty.

Unsolder inductance L6160 and check if you have short circuit before or after inductance. Perhaps you have a defective capacity or PWM U6150.

I think the integrated regulator AOZ1268QI-02 is shorted. Next to it is a smd capacitor that when measuring on those capacitors accuses me short.

pin 22 (NO) of AOZ1268QI-02 has almost zero or zero resistance which is the power input pin from 2.4 to 24v

Unsolder AOZ1268QI-02 and check if the short circuit is gone.
